Guide Team Social Media Management
We had a gap between social media coordinators on my team and from April 1st - June 4th I was in full control of one of our agent team’s social media presence.
During that time, I successfully enhanced the Guide Team’s brand online presence and engagement through strategic content development and targeted outreach.
Follower Growth: Increased the social media following over 100% from 377 to 489 in just over two months, demonstrating my ability to attract and retain an engaged audience.
Audience Reach: Achieved a remarkable reach of approximately 50,000 users at one point, with an impressive 99.4% of those impressions coming from non-followers, significantly broadening brand visibility.
Proven Performance: The highest performing reel to date on the Guide Team’s page is a reel I created at 61.8K views, 2.1k likes, 50 comments, 452 shares and 1.3k saves on Instagram.
Content Strategy: Developed and executed a diverse content strategy that effectively resonated with target audiences, fostering community engagement and interest in real estate services.
These accomplishments reflect my skills in social media management, audience engagement, and brand promotion, making me well-equipped to contribute to future projects and initiatives.
